Reports have surfaced that four members of the popular "art-rock" band DIPSTK (all males ranging in ages 19-27) have been detained and questioned after 100lbs of powdered sugar and white chocolate chips were found in their possession."Dude,they're for cupcakes, i swear." stated (Rick)Legions as he was being placed into police custody on thursday morning. Detainees will see a judge Friday morning to see if an actually crime has been committed or is this just a weird coincidence. This isnt the first time the band of misfits have been in contact with the law for possessing excessive amounts of sugar and sugary by-products.

~U.S. /JAPAN Tour cancelled due to problems with the band

According to "The Rock Authority" metalworksradio.com, The "art-band" DIPSTK have temporarily pulled the plug on their upcoming US/Japan tour,citing the reasons being "loss of appetite for destruction" as well as the seemingly cliche problem plaguing all the celebs "snacks addiction" facing bassist Brett Haus...but lets hear it in their own words.

"We are very sad to announce that the US/Japan Tour will not happen as planned. As you already know, Brett(Haus) is currently at an rehabilatation clinic for "snacks addiction" (specifically an affinity for vanilla cupcakes and "flamin hot" peanuts) and will be taking some time off to get better. Also, on a stranger note. Rex Roadie at age 52 is about to become a dad again for the 17th time.

"We recently knew about Rex becoming a dad and originally planned to have Brooks Golden as a replacement roadie, but with the recent events surrounding Brett, we simply feel that it is not fair on the fans to see a completely different line-up, which in our eyes is not the real DIPSTK.

Again, sorry to make any US and Japanese fans disappointed and we hope to make it up to you very soon! Be A Dipstk!!!!"
